old anime that came on adult swim or toonami?
I dont remember the name of the characters but what i do remember is there was some sort of disaster that caused certain individuals to obtain different powers. The main character had brown hair I think and his power at first allowed him to make some sort of like red armor or suit form over his arm and he had three main attacks before it went away. It later turned into both arms and then continued on to become a full suit. If anyone could help out with the name it would be much appreciated.
Yes it is S-Cry-Ed. It is after the “Great Uprising” a future geological phenomenon near Tokyo. It gave people the ability to deconstruct, reshape, and crystalize mater at a molecular level using thoughts. These people are called “Alter” users. Kazume is fight crazy and changes his arm into a weapon. He is 16 and known as “The Shell Bullet”. He has three forms. In the first form his right arm is covered in a protective metal alloy and three curved fins are created on his right shoulder blade. In this form the fins disintegrate and propel him forward at a great speed. Each time his fins dissapear he says different lines like “Shocking First Bullet” and “Annihilating Second Bullet”. His second and third form become more changing. His second form completely replaces his arm instead of covering it and in his third form the alloy covers his whole body, making him look like a samurai/lion humanoid. It is a really great series. Kazuma is fierce, powerful, and sort of fight crazy. But he is gentle and kind, having a girl he wants to protect with his life.
